Job Description

As a member of this growing audit team you will:

  • Report to a Manager, Senior Manager or Director/ Partner.
  • Work effectively in an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution.
  • Supervise our field teams to successfully execute audit engagements.
  • Manage client relationships day to day.
  • Mentor and coach junior members of our team.
  • Help to drive continuous improvement in audit methodology and develop new ways of working through innovation and transformation.
  • Participate in practice management activities, including facilitation of internal training courses and staff development.
  • Engage with and support wellbeing activities with the team and the wider Portfolio function.
  • Support the development of the practice, potentially through facilitation of internal training courses or staff development.

The Successful Applicant

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Hold or be in the final stages of achieving a relevant professional qualification, e.g. ACA, ACCA, CPA, CA, ICAS or overseas equivalent.
  • Experience as an external auditor
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated approach
