We are seeking an Associate Director, Economics and Research to provide strategic insights and shape economic policy within the political arena. The successful candidate will have a strong background in economic analysis and research, as well as experience in the media industry.

My client is a public affairs agency with a strong research and data team They work on a variety of exciting projects as well as delivering high-impact campaigns for private clients often centred around research reports and new analysis/modelling. They serve world-leading companies in a variety of industries, central and local government, and trade bodies. A diversity of work provides you and the team with plenty of development opportunities.

  • Leading the economic research team and shaping the strategic direction of research projects

The Successful Applicant

A successful Associate Director, Economics and Research should have:

  • A strong academic background in economics or a related field
  • Proven experience in economic research and policy development
  • An in-depth understanding of the media and agency industry
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
  • A commitment to maintaining high professional and ethical standards

What's on Offer

  • A competitive salary package ranging from £75,000 to £100,000 Full Time Equivalent (FTE). £60,000 to £80,000 for 4 days per week (they all work Mon-Thurs). The offer is dependent on experience and performance during the hiring process
