Job Description

  • Lead and manage corporate finance projects, including mergers, acquisitions, and disposals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Associate Director - Corporate Finance should have:

  • Strong experience in corporate finance, particularly within the professional services industry.
  • A professional qualification in Accounting or Finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage projects effectively.
