In this role, you will support the wider team made up of PMs, SPMs & Associates in overseeing and supporting in the delivery of a diverse range of projects, spanning residential, commercial, and industrial manufacturing sectors. You will gain exposure to all stages of the development lifecycle, from feasibility and design to tender and delivery. Our client provides ongoing training and development and dedicated support through chartership (APC).

Job Description

  • Support design development and ensure compliance with project briefs and budgets
  • Contribute to the planning process and assist in securing planning consent
  • Aid in the tendering process and contractor appointment
  • Support contract administration and site delivery
  • Actively Participate in the following stages of the development lifecycle

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

  • A strong interest in project management within the built environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning.
  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Construction Management, Engineering) is desirable.
  • Experience with JCT and D&B contracts is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work from the office full-time.
  • Working with UK based investors and developers
  • Willingness to work from the office full-time
