Job Description

  • Ensure the smooth running of the office on a daily basis.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team.
  • Manage correspondence, answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
  • Prepare and edit documents such as reports and letters.
  • Organise and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Support other staff members and departments with various administrative tasks.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Office Manager should have:

  • A background in providing administrative support within a professional services setting.
  • Exceptional organisation skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
