About Our Client

We are working with a manufacturing business in Warrington, with a turnover of £80million. Working within a lean finance team you will have exposure with all department meetings getting a real hands on experience within MA.

Job Description

  • Timely compilation of the monthly management accounts pack, complete with commentary
  • Overhead variance analysis
  • Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Review and monitoring of customer back orders
  • Supporting the preparation of the yearly financial budget, quarterly forecasts and financial projections
  • Bank reconciliations across multiple currencies
  • Reconciliation of intercompany balances
  • Assisting with the posting of purchase invoices and generating payment runs
  • Working on the automation of various reports and processes
  • Monitoring of manufacturer and customer rebates
  • Monitoring of customers marketing spend and accruals
  • Work closely with all functions of the business to ensure tight control of all overhead areas and finance processes
  • Business partnering with key departments within the Company to drive reporting and create efficiencies
  • Maintaining the fixed asset register and allocating costs to the correct projects
  • Adhoc reporting for senior management
  • Report writing to aid understanding and create business efficiencies
