Job Description

  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts.
  • Reconciling bank accounts, balance sheets, and inter-company transactions.
  • Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Processing and reconciling accounts payable and receivable.
  • Preparing VAT returns and assisting with compliance requirements.
  • Supporting the financial year-end process and liaising with external auditors.
  • Assisting with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting.



The Successful Applicant

  • Part-qualified status (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
  • Experience working in the Financial Services sector.
  • Previous experience in a finance or accounting role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (experience with [specific software, if applicable] is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.
