  • Prepare and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions to maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and monthly management accounts.
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting process for the department.
  • Maintain compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
  • Provide support for audit preparation and liaise with external auditors as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Accountant should have:
