This includes rent collection, maintenance costs, insurance premiums, and utility payments.Managing Accounts Payable and Receivable: Track money owed to the company (accounts receivable) and money the company owes (accounts payable). Ensure timely collections of rents from tenants and payments to suppliers.Bank Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile the company's bank accounts to ensure records match the bank statements.VAT/Sales Tax: Keep track of sales tax or VAT on rental income or property sales.
