Job Description

  • International Arbitration department specialises in high-value, complex disputes with international dimensions, including commercial and investment treaty arbitration across diverse jurisdictions such as the UK, India, Latin America, Africa, the Middle East and the United States.
  • The team also advises on arbitration-related litigation before the English courts and the enforcement of arbitral awards globally.

The Successful Applicant

  • Ideal candidates will have experience in the international arbitration practice of a reputable law firm (in the UK or elsewhere), with exposure to cases under key arbitration rules (e.g., ICC, and LCIA).
  • Familiarity with arbitration law and practice is essential. Candidates with prior experience in investment treaty arbitration will be particularly well-suited.
  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales.
  • NQ - 1PQE
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
