We are seeking an experienced Interim Accounts Supervisor to assist the Financial Controller inoverseeing the Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Staff Expenses (T&E)functions during the critical transition to a new finance system, Microsoft D365, scheduled for April2025.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
1. System Integration Support:
Work closely with the system integrator to develop super-user expertise in Microsoft
D365 modules related to Accounts Payable, Receivables, and Staff Expenses.

2. Staff Training & Development:
Train and guide the existing finance team in using D365, building their readiness to
execute AP, AR, and T&E processes in the new system by March 2025.

3. Point of Escalation:
Act as a key point of escalation for the finance team for queries and issues related to
the D365 modules during the system's build, testing, and launch phases.4. Project Support:
Support the D365 system project team in the following:
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for AP, AR, and T&E modules to ensure
system functionality meets business needs.
System Migration in March 2025, assisting with the transition of data and
processes.
Development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and creation of
short Training Guides for key AP, AR, and T&E processes within the new
system.5. Leadership & Continuity:
Provide interim management support during the leadership transition, ensuring team
stability and continuity of operations.
Assist the finance team in adjusting to the new system and address any challenges
encountered during the transition.

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role, you must have the following:

1 Proven experience in managing or supervising finance teams, particularly in Accounts
Payable, Receivables, or Staff Expenses.
2 Strong understanding of financial processes and the impact of finance system changes.
3 Ability to train and mentor teams effectively, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer and system
adoption.
4 Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues during system testing and
implementation phases.
5 Flexible, adaptable and thrives in an environment of continuous improvement and change.
6 Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a team during a period of significant
change.
7 Ability to manage competing priorities and ensure the timely delivery of training and support.
8 Detail-oriented with the ability to ensure accurate implementation and adherence to system
processes.
9 Ability to lead and coach people.
10 AAT trained or with a desire to learn.
11 Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365
