Job Description

  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities and reporting within the accounts payable scope.
  • Supervise and support junior team members in their daily tasks.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve payment processes and workflows.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process optimisation in accounts payable.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AP Manager should have:

  • Strong experience in accounts payable within the accounting and finance department.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • A keen eye for detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence in managing relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Previous experience supervising or mentoring team members is advantageous
