Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Providing face to face support to customers
- Liaising with contractors to resolve any issues raised by residents
- Acting as the main point of contact between the Aftercare and Defects teams
- Managing and updating client records
- Coordinating appointments and schedules
- Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Participating in staff meetings and training sessions
The Successful Applicant
A successful Aftercare Officer should have:
- Prior experience in an Aftercare role or similar
- Knowledge of Defects Management
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to work well in a team setting
- High level of discretion and understanding of confidentiality principles
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
