Job Description

  • Manage all aspects of the admissions process, from initial enquiry through to enrolment.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new students.
  • Coordinate school events and open days.
  • Create engaging content for the school's website and social media platforms.
  • Liaise with parents, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth admissions process.
  • Support the school's administrative and secretarial tasks as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service to prospective families.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the school's marketing and admissions procedures.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Admissions Coordinator should have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in a similar role within the Not For Profit or education sector.
  • Strong secretarial & business support skills.
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
  • A creative mind for developing effective marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • A friendly and professional demeanour.
  • Ability to commute to Manchester daily.
