Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the secretarial and business support department.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as required.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Respond to internal and external queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.
  • Support team members with ad-hoc administrative duties as needed.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of the office by identifying and implementing process improvements.
