Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team and department.
  • Organise and maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and format reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Respond to internal and external queries promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office environment.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new team members.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as required by the team.
  • Building and managing detailed Excel budgets
  • Post-event reconciliation and reporting



The Successful Applicant

A successful Administrator should have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or accounts role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail.
  • The ability to maintain discretion and handle sensitive information.
  • Experience working within the business services industry is desirable.
