Job Description

  • Assist with the preparation and management of case files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Provide administrative support to team members, including data entry and document handling.
  • Coordinate communications between internal and external stakeholders as required.
  • Maintain and update records in line with organisational guidelines and compliance standards.
  • Support the scheduling of meetings and appointments related to casework activities.
  • Handle incoming correspondence and ensure timely responses to queries.

The Successful Applicant
