Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the secretarial and business support team.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases to ensure seamless operations.
  • Handle incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Coordinate meeting schedules, prepare agendas, and manage logistics for internal and external meetings.
  • Assist with the preparation and formatting of documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies to ensure all resources are available when needed.
  • Support project coordination and tracking to help meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Act as a point of contact for general enquiries, ensuring a high level of service is maintained.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Administrator should have:
