Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to the Business Support Department
  • Manage and maintain efficient filing systems
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and agendas
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication
  • Prepare reports and presentation materials
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings
  • Process departmental invoices and expenses
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

The Successful Applicant

A successful Administrator should have:

  • A proven track record in an administrative role
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in coordinating travel arrangements
  • The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience working in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry
  • A keen eye for detail
