Our client is a mid-sized organisation in the energy and natural resources industry who are looking for an Administrator based in Nottingham.

Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department.
  • Manage and organise digital and physical files for easy access.
  • Assist in the preparation of regular reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and events.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of office equipment and order stationery as needed.
  • Support in the implementation of new administrative systems.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Administrator should have:

  • Experience in a Secretarial & Business Support role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other office management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Can commute to Nottingham
