My client is a large organisation based in the property industry and is looking for an Administrator to join their team based in Solihull.

Job Description

  • Offer administrative support to the team
  • Manage and organise meetings, appointments and internal events
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Organise and maintain filing systems
  • Manage and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Maintain office supplies inventory

The Successful Applicant

A successful Administrator should have:

  • A solid background in administrative roles
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently
  • Experience in the property industry
  • Can commute to Solihull
