Job Description

Financial Services Administrator Graduate:

  • Assist the Administration team and Financial Advisors
  • Answering the telephones
  • Scanning, filing and distributing post
  • Arranging Advisor appointments
  • Data entry and quality management on the CRM system
  • Obtaining valuations and file preparation for client meetings, including collation of fund information, obtaining illustrations, and updating client data
  • Updating CRM system following client meetings
  • Checking paperwork and processing new business applications
  • Liaising with Advisors, product providers, clients and professional connections, electronically, verbally and in written form
  • Building and maintaining a detailed knowledge and understanding of the internal systems and processes

The Successful Applicant

Financial Services Administrator Graduate:

  • An interest in the Financial Services sector, or Graduate looking for their first/ second role
  • IT savvy - use of CRM system and basic Microsoft package
  • Adaptable and able to provide a friendly, professional service to clients and colleagues
  • Have a positive, energetic, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Attention to detail, communication skills
