As a growing company, there are plenty of opportunities for development and quick progression.Job DescriptionThe key responsibilities for the Admin Assistant role are:General administrative tasks including, but not limited to, typing and distributing letters, answering calls, photocopying and scanningAssisting with duties of Reception and Admin Supervisor when required (including welcoming visitors)Completing time sheet accurately on a daily basisPostal responsibilities including daily scanning and booking of post, opening of mailPayroll responsibilities including payroll checks and daily filing of documents using Iris softwareArchiving and maintaining archive databaseProcessing of in-house formsBanking when requiredThe Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate for the Admin Assistant role is someone with the following:GCSEs in Maths and English at Grade 5/C or above.Whilst it is not required, previous experience working in a similar role would be advantageous.Proficient in MS Office/ 365 applications, specifically Excel and able to pick up new IT software very quickly.Good written and verbal communication.Have a proactive can-do attitude and the ability to effectively manage workload and prioritise tasks.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with good organisational skills.Approachable and friendly with the ability to work as part of a team and be self-motivated when working independently.Driving license essential.What's on OfferThe candidate for the Admin Assistant role will receive the following:Joining a fast growing company with exciting growth plans aheadPlenty of opportunity to increase your technical knowledge and skillsA varied role within a talented and experienced teamThe Eastleigh/Andover/Basingstoke office is centrally located, with easy access to local shops/supermarkets, main roads and train stations.
