Job Description

  • Supervising the accounting team and overseeing their work
  • Preparing accurate financial statements in accordance with relevant legislation
  • Providing expert advice on tax matters to the team and clients
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry regulations
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of financial strategies
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Contributing to team meetings and supporting the ongoing development of team members

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Senior should have:

  • A professional qualification in accounting or finance (ACCA or ACA)
  • Excellent understanding of financial regulations and legislation
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
