Job Description

Accounts Receivable Specialist

  • Managing the accounts receivable process from invoice creation to payment collection.
  • Resolving client queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assisting in the month-end closing process.
  • Collaborating with the wider finance team to improve processes and systems.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations.
  • Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc duties as required.
  • Maintaining accurate records and preparing necessary reports.
  • Contributing to the overall success of the accounting and finance department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Receivable Specialist should have:

  • A solid educational background in accounting or finance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
  • A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and team members.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • The ability to work well in a team and individually.
