Job Description

  • Accounts Receivable Specialist:
  • Manage the processing of all invoices and ensure timely collections
  • Provide customer service regarding billing and collections issues
  • Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Participate in financial audits
  • Work closely with the sales team to resolve customer queries
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Receivable Specialist should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting software
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
