Job Description



Accounts payable role-

  • Manage and process all accounts payable transactions
  • Conduct reconciliations of vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and forecasts
  • Ensure timely payment of invoices in accordance with company policies
  • Improve and maintain financial procedures and systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies
  • Assist in end audits and monthly closing activities

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Payable should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently
  • A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion
