Accounts Payable Manager

The duties include:

• Team Management including monthly 1 to 1's, target setting, performance management and work allocation
• Production of KPI's, develop this to a more automated process and reports for FC
• New Account Application and Onboarding of New Suppliers
• Supplier account maintenance with credit limits, up to date terms and alld etails are correct
• Weekly reporting on Supplier Utilisation to be sent to Operations Management Team andFC
  • Including any overall challenges from the supplier regarding ongoing disputes
  • Highlighting any potential credit limit issues identified from KPI reporting
• Management of tasks and cases in line with SLA's.
• Proactive escalation point for Supplier disputes and/or Supplier Financial Relationships
• Accounts Email Inbox Management
• Delivery of Monthly report delivered to FC & Director on
