Job Description

  • Manage and process all invoices and payments
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments
  • Maintain accurate records and files related to accounts payable
  • Prepare regular reports on payment activities
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Support the overall goals of the Accounting & Finance department

The Successful Applicant

A the successful Accounts Payable Clerk you should have:

  • Have previously worked in an Accounts Payable role
  • Be able to hit the ground running on a temporary basis
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong understanding of accounts payable procedures
