The role involves liaising with clients and prioritising your workload to ensure that deadlines and client needs are met. You will be responsible for supporting assisting junior staff in their development. A flexible working approach is required and a willingness manage and meet clients' expectations and maintain client service levels.

A first generation independent practice that has now been operating for c 20 years. They have recently invested heavily into their senior leadership team as they look to expand into other regions.

Job Description

  • Management of a portfolio of clients
  • Reviewing the work of juniors
  • Meeting with clients to discuss and advise on their business and financial affairs
  • Training of student accountants and management of work flow.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience managing a portfolio of business clients
  • ACA or ACCA qualification
  • Experience of dealing directly with clients
  • Able to work under pressure, have a flexible approach to working and be a strong team player
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good organisational skills and able to manage own time efficiently
