Job Description

The Accounts Assistant role is initially a temporary assignment and will be full time office based in High Peak. Reporting to the Director Key responsibilities will include:

  • Purchase Leger
  • Processing Supplier invoices
  • Responding to supplier queries
  • Statement reconciliation
  • Preparing Payment runs
  • Sales Ledger
  • Raising invoices
  • Cash allocation
  • Bank reconciliation



The Successful Applicant

In order to apply for the role you should:

  • Have previous experienced in an Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper role
  • Have experience of Purchase and Sales Ledger maintenance
  • Be able to consider a temporary role initially
  • Be able to commute full time to High Peak office
