They are highly regarded for their work environment that promotes both professional and personal growth.Job DescriptionAssisting with financial reporting and data analysis.Maintaining the accounts payable and accounts receivable systems in order to ensure complete and accurate records of all monies.Assisting with preparation of budget, financial forecasts and variances.Managing journal entries, invoices etc. and reconciling accounts for the monthly or annual closing.Supporting in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.Assisting with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned.Participating in internal and external audits, and dealing with queries.Providing administrative support as needed.The Successful ApplicantA successful Accounts Assistant should have:A degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Accounting or relevant field.A strong understanding of accounting principles.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel.Excellent analytical skills along with the ability to create and present detailed reports.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.What's on OfferAn hourly salary range from £15 - £18.A temporary position with the potential for long term opportunities.A supportive and friendly work environment in the heart of London.Opportunities for professional growth within the transport and distribution industry.If you believe you have the necessary skills and experience for this Accounts Assistant role, we would love to hear from you.
