Job Description

  • Handling and processing financial transactions.
  • Purchase Ledger management
  • Sales Ledger and credit control management
  • Assisting in financial reports and statements preparation.
  • Processing payroll, managing pension contributions, statutory deductions and respond to staff queries
  • Support FD in the management of the month end processes
  • Preparation and submission of the quarterly VAT report and payment

The Successful Applicant

A successful Candidate should have:

  • Qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (AAT/CIMA/ACCA)
  • Proven experience in sales / purchase ledger / accounts assistant
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.
  • Experience with QuickBooks (Desirable)
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
