Job Description

  • Processing invoices and maintaining ledgers
  • Preparing monthly financial reports
  • Assisting with budget preparation
  • Reconciling bank statements
  • Handling petty cash transactions
  • Assisting in year-end audits
  • Ensuring financial records are kept up to date
  • Providing administrative support to the finance team

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
