Job DescriptionThe key responsibilities for the Accounts Assistant will be:Process and manage sales and purchase invoicesPerform daily and monthly bank reconciliationsAssist with payroll administration and processingMaintain accurate and detailed customer recordsSupport the preparation of management accounts and month-end dutiesHandle petty cash and credit card transactionsReconcile supplier statements and manage accounts payableAssist with the preparation of financial reports and budgetsCommunicate effectively with clients and internal teamsPerform general administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and schedulingThe Successful ApplicantThe ideal Accounts Assistant will be someone who is able to commit to an initial temporary position before looking to transition into a permanent role, further down the line, likely within 3-6 months.
