This role is a junior position within a rapidly growing architecture firm based in the city of London. The role requires between 1-4 years of accounting (accounts payable) experience including previous experience with CIS returns.

The Client is a growing architecture firm in City of London looking for a junior accounts asistant to join their team.

Job Description

  • Allocate purchase invoices, against purchase orders using our internal software, and processing in the accounting system ( SAGE)
  • Liaising with suppliers to resolve invoicing queries
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Monthly CIS payments reconciliations



The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience with CIS
  • AAT Qualified or ACCA Part Qualified
  • Sage experience
  • Xero experience
