Your responsibilities will include:Credit Control:Collaborating with solicitor clients and third-party insurance companies to manage, negotiate, and recover outstanding debts related to personal injury medical fees via telephone, email, and written correspondence.Maintaining accurate records on the Proclaim case management system.Providing regular updates to the Credit Control Manager with weekly progress reports.Accounting:Processing sales and purchase ledger invoices efficiently and accurately.Handling bank receipt processing and ensuring timely reconciliations.Managing purchase ledger reconciliation and payments to meet deadlines.Supporting weekly and monthly financial processes.Assisting with additional accounting tasks as required.This role is ideal for someone with strong accounts experience who is passionate about working in a collaborative and dynamic team environment.The Successful ApplicantA successful Accounts Assistant should have:Previous experience Accounts AssistantProficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data privacy standards.What's on OfferA salary of £25kConsideration of a four day working weekA supportive and professional work environment in the professional services industry.Generous holiday leave policy.Opportunity to develop and grow your career within a reputable company.We encourage all interested candidates who feel they can fulfil these requirements to apply.
