A passion for education and careers / learning / the development of young people is essential!Job DescriptionAs an Account Manager, you will be the key link between clients / partners and internal delivery teams, making sure campaigns are delivered smoothly, clients are supported and that partnerships thrive.There will also be an emphasis on business development, where you will have your ear to the ground on account growth opportunities and on occasion be looking to approach new businesses that our client would look to engage with. This is a multi-faceted Account Management role and a business development / sales / growth mindset is needed, whilst maintaining excellent levels of customer service and centricity.Act as the main day-to-day contact for a portfolio of clientsBuild long-term relationships and act as a trusted partnerKeep clients informed about progress, next steps, and campaign resultsFlag opportunities to deepen partnerships and improve delivery - cross-selling and upselling where appropriateSupport new clients through onboarding - setting expectations and guiding them through the processSchedule and coordinate campaignsCollect, review and upload marketing materials to platformsHelp run webinars and support virtual eventsCompile campaign performance data and prepare reports for clients and internal teamsMonitor deadlines and ensure high-quality, timely deliveryTroubleshoot client issues and coordinate with internal teams to resolve them quicklyChampion the voice of the client internally-sharing feedback and ideas for improvementEnsure client content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with the brandThe Successful ApplicantWhat is essential for our client, is that they hire someone who is passionate about this industry, and the work that those working in it do to support young people.Experience in a client-facing or project delivery roleGreat written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesComfortable working independently and as part of a teamProficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft OfficeIf you have experience working with educational / youth-focused organisations or an understanding of B2B Account Management processes, that's a bonus! Similarly regarding experience with digital content and email marketing platforms.What's on OfferOur client is looking to pay £30,000 and the office is in Soho. Four days a week expected in the office, 25 days holiday plus 1 extra day per year of service.
