Abuse and Social Care NQ/Senior Paralegal

As a Abuse and Social Care NQ/Senior Paralegal, you will be responsible for achieving successful outcomes such as:

• You will play a key role in the provision of expert advice and guidance across a wide variety of interesting and forensically stimulating abuse & social care matters, many of which involve complex, often novel issues;
• You will work on a varied caseload of abuse & social care matters, assisting senior advisors and as appropriate handling your own files under supervision;
• You will work efficiently and effectively, demonstrating strong time management and financial hygiene;
• You will provide written and verbal advice to your peers and to clients;
• You will communicate effectively with clients, opponents and third parties to progress files constructively, at all times safeguarding our clients' interests;
• You will build positive relationships with your team, colleagues in other teams and current/prospective clients, recognising and fulfilling your role as an ambassador for your firm;
• You will have opportunities to contribute to the delivery of the team's objectives, including business development, training events, articles and other profile-raising activities;
