Job Description

  • Oversee, direct, and coordinate financial activities of the organisation.
  • Monitor and enforce internal control systems to protect company assets.
  • Guide financial decisions by applying company policies and procedures to current economic landscape.
  • Develop, coordinate, and execute financial plans for the organisation.
  • Make recommendations to strategic planning and reviews in the financial sector.
  • Conduct performance analysis and reporting of financial information.
  • Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain professional knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim Finance Business Partner should have:

  • Qualifications in finance or a related field.
  • Experience in team leadership within the public sector, particularly in the health care industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make informed decisions based on data.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
