Established in 2007, and wholly owned by the NHS, NHS North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC) provides collaborative and bespoke procurement solutions to the NHS and other public sector organisations. Through category expertise and harnessing our collective buying power we deliver comprehensive, compliant and innovative procurement solutions which save the NHS money.

About the team

NOE CPC has an expert team of procurement and commercial professionals from both the public and private sector. We are for the NHS by the NHS and we strive to deliver the very best we can for our customers. We have created a culture within our organisation where colleagues share knowledge and experience and support one another. This is underpinned by our various staff organisations including the Staff Experience Group, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Group, Mental Health First Aiders and Social committee.

I am very pleased that you are considering joining the team at NHS North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC).  

The broad depth of knowledge and understanding our new colleagues bring to our organisation has always played an integral part in our success and will continue to do so.

As Procurement Director, it is my role to drive our category management approach to deliver to our customers the benefits of local and collaborative working in our dedicated areas. Thanks to the hard work and dedication of our entire procurement team, we have been able to expand in a number of areas in recent years. Whatever role you are considering taking on, you will have the opportunity to play a huge part, make a difference for the benefit of the NHS, and contribute towards our continued success.

Joanne joined NOE CPC in 2015 and has led our staffing procurement projects including the award-winning National Clinical Staffing framework. She is an MCIPS Chartered Procurement and Supply Professional and has completed the Mary Seacole Leadership Programme.  

Joanne likes gym sessions, cocktails and a clear night to watch the stars.

Head of Procurement Operations

As Head of Procurement Operations, Natalie oversees the NOE CPC Procurement Operations team, including the support desk function. The team provides support to the four dedicated Category Teams and is committed to enhancing the NOE CPC customer experience.

Natalie likes to live by the mantra 'work hard and be nice to people'.

Jackie Williams

Jackie Williams

Senior Category Manager – FM, Property and Business Services

Jackie joined NOE CPC in July 2015 as a Category Specialist and has over 30 years’ experience in direct and indirect procurement in the private sector in both food and healthcare. Previously, Jackie worked as a Contract Manager with a private healthcare provider to the NHS. Prior to that she spent several years in procurement and commercial roles at Boots UK Ltd in Nottingham.
