Job Description

  • Oversee and manage regulatory report production
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for financial services
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the risk and compliance team
  • Develop and implement effective regulatory reporting strategies
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors regarding regulatory reports
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant financial regulations
  • Identify and address any issues that may affect regulatory reporting
  • Promote a culture of compliance within the organisation

The Successful Applicant

The VP Securities Regulatory Reporting Manager should have:* Experience in leading a team

* Experience in regulatory interpretations

* Experience within the financial services industry, both on business processes and regulatory environments.

* Strong experience in project management and coordinating people across a wide organisation spreading over multiple locations

* Clear and concise written and oral communication skills

* Attention to detail
