Job Description

  • Responsibility for leading in the design, implementation and embedding of the FCA outcomes under the consumer duty
  • Understanding and interpreting local regulatory requirements to ensure that our client has a practical guidance which can be seamless integrated into existing processes
  • Responsibility for the delivery of day-to-day compliance advice to the business including complaints, vulnerable clients, financial promotions, conflicts of interest, gifts and hospitality and GDPR

The Successful Applicant

  • 5 years + experience working within a similar role in a payments firm;
  • Demonstrable track-record of implementing regulatory regimes and frameworks;
  • Consumer regulation experience within the Financial Services sector, including:
  • Expert knowledge in Consumer Duty, PROD and SYSC rules
