A superb SNAM role with a business dedicated to organic, health based, high quality branded food, leading their largest and strategic customers; Ocado + Tesco with 2 reports. You'll optimise current distribution, but equally seek and unlock new listings for NPD launches.

Job Description

  • Manage and develop the Tesco and Ocado accounts, building strong and collaborative relationships.
  • Lead the development and implementation of account strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Analyse market trends and sales data to identify opportunities for business expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of promotional plans and initiatives.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements with key stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Tesco and Ocado, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior National Account Manager will have:

  • Experience in managing key grocery accounts preferably Ocado + Tesco
  • An interest in the category - Health, Organic, Sustainability
  • Coach and mentoring of team members
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrable successes on delivering sales growth
  • Ability to analyse data and make informed business decisions
  • A strategic mindset with a focus on short, mid and long-term success
  • Can access Surrey 3 days per week - hybrid working
