Job Description

As a restructuring associate you will be advising a broad range of clients, across a variety of sectors, on complex cross-border restructurings and insolvencies.

You would be working with banks, credit funds, borrowers, sponsors, directors and insolvency practitioners on stressed, distressed and special situations.

The Successful Applicant

The successful restructuring associate will be an England & Wales qualified solicitor who has gained extensive corporate restructuring experience at a leading City of London or US law firm.
