Job Description

  • Provide legal advice on a range of charity, social enterprise, and not-for-profit matters.
  • Assist in the development of legal strategies and solutions tailored to clients' needs.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal and industry developments.
  • Ensure compliance with firm-wide policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the training and development of junior staff.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Charities and Social Enterprises Knowledge Lawyer should have:

  • Qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.
  • Experience in charity, social enterprise, and not-for-profit legal matters.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
