Job Description

  • Provide expert legal advice in leveraged finance matters, keeping up to date with legal and commercial developments that affect our practice.
  • Liaising with the Learning and Development team on an engaging legal training programme, maximising the use of all available formats.
  • Participating in industry and trade association working groups.
  • Contributing technical content to firm-wide pitches and website.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Leveraged Finance Knowledge Lawyer should have:

  • Qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales.
  • Knowledge and experience of technical and industry leveraged finance developments and the desire to build that knowledge to expert-level.
  • Exceptional research and analytical skills, with a good attention to detail.
