Job Description
Handling acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties for major clients.
Advising on land acquisitions for high-profile development projects.
Managing lease agreements and leasehold portfolios for corporate occupiers and landlords.
Acting for banks and financial institutions in property finance transactions.
Collaborating closely with colleagues across departments to provide seamless client service.
The Successful Applicant
A solicitor or equivalent with relevant post-qualification experience in real estate law. Or, a seat in real estate during traineeship.
A clear and confident communicator with the ability to provide practical, jargon-free advice.
Able to work both independently and within a team to deliver top-tier legal services.
Skilled in building strong client relationships and understanding their commercial needs.
Proactive, ambitious, and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience.
