Job Description

The Commercial Property Litigation Solicitor will:



  • Manage a caseload of landlord and tenant disputes.​


  • Advise investors, developers, retailers, and corporate occupiers on national property portfolios.​


  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver exceptional client service.​


  • Contribute to business development and client relationship initiatives.​


  • Stay abreast of legal developments in commercial property law.

The Successful Applicant

The Commercial Property Litigation Solicitor should be:



  • A solicitor with 4+ years PQE in commercial property litigation.​


  • Experienced in landlord and tenant disputes.​


  • Skilled in advising diverse clients, including investors and corporate occupiers.​


  • Proficient in managing complex caseloads and meeting deadlines.​


  • Committed to delivering high-quality client service.
