Job Description
The Professional Indemnity Associate/Senior Associate will be:
- Handling complex professional indemnity claims, primarily within the construction sector.
- Advising major insurers on claims involving architects and construction professionals.
- Managing cases related to cladding and fire safety issues.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients.
- Providing strategic input and guidance on risk management for clients.
The Successful Applicant
The Professional Indemnity Associate/Senior Associate should be:
- A solicitor or equivalent with 2+ years PQE in professional indemnity or construction law.
- Experience in handling complex claims for major insurers, with a focus on construction-related issues.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to handle high-value cases.
- A proactive approach to case management and risk assessment.
